Refund policy

Cancellation will only be accepted if your order hasn't been shipped. If you cancel your order before it has shipped we will refund the entire amount.

REFUND WILL BE DONE IN FOLLOWING CASES-

- Packages lost in transit

- Package returned by the recipient but the shipping charges will not be refunded

 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES-

- Incorrect or outdated delivery address

- After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier company

- Package refused by recipient

- Products returned in used or damaged conditions

 

NOTE- Refunds will only be initiate after we have received the returned shipment.
