  • Bagh print

    After then procurement of the grey fabric it is dipped overnight in the solution made of goat beat, castor oil and rock salt. Further the fabric is pressed hard by several men by their feet to soften the fabric and to remove the starch.

  • The processed fabric is ready to print. The colours are made naturally using iron sulphate (black), alum (red)

  • Bagh print

    The printed fabric is taken to the village river (Baghini) for the process of Vishalaya- In which the fabric is washed in the water to remove excess dyes.

  • Bagh print

    Further the fabric is heated in a copper vessel to fix the dyes.

  • Further the fabric is rinsed in clean water and dried in sun.
